Terms and Conditions

1. The Service
Workforce OS lets you create AI “digital employees” (agents) that run tasks you assign, using AI provider keys you supply (Bring Your Own Key, or “BYOK”). You are responsible for the instructions you give your agents and for reviewing what they produce.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account and workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
You provide your own API keys for third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or a self-hosted endpoint). You are responsible for those keys, for complying with each provider's terms, and for all usage and charges your provider bills you. We do not resell or mark up tokens — requests run against your key and you pay your provider directly. We store your keys encrypted and decrypt them only in memory to run the tasks you authorize.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate any third-party provider or integration terms;
- generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or abusive content;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
5. Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create or provide — your agents, instructions, inputs, and the outputs your agents produce. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not use your workspace content to train our own models.
6. Integrations
When you connect a third-party service (for example Slack or Vercel), your use of that service remains subject to its own terms. You authorize Workforce OS to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you can disconnect at any time.
7. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. Fees for the Service are separate from the amounts your AI provider charges you for token usage. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. AI output disclaimer
Agents are powered by third-party AI models and can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying agent output before relying on it, especially for important or irreversible actions. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workforce OS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or AI provider costs. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Workforce OS harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your provider keys and their usage, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data, subject to our Privacy Policy and any legal obligations.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
